Tangled Hearts Bakery is owned by long time Groveland locals Amelia (Amy) Nickell and Steven (Bubba) Manly. Amelia has been baking since she could walk, with the help of her mother, Lauren Nickell (a master bakery/chef) as well as many classes in the Culinary Arts Department at the local Columbia College; and Steven is a cooking and tasting genius who has extensive restaurant experience under his belt. Together they make a wonderful team, both at home and in the kitchen.
We opened our doors in May of 2014 and have been blessed with wonderful customers and feedback. We close seaonally every year for a few months, so there are always big changes in store for each new season, ever year gets better and better!
